Dedicated Mentors work with each individual to support anxiety, mental health issues or organise catch up sessions where personal circumstances affect their training
The Skills Support Team provide additional help for those that need to develop their English, Maths or ICT skills to become more proficient in the workplace
Our SEND Support Team work with those that need more specialist support or have an educational and health care plan (EHCP) to ensure that the transition from formal education to training is as smooth as possible
The HUB Team work with young adults that are not yet ready to work with employers by providing a bespoke programme that supports them to develop their socialisation skills and build confidence to progress onto the career ladder
