The successful Career Development Coach (CDC) will have a passion to develop the skills, knowledge and behaviour of young people so that they can secure a career of their choosing.
Excellent communication, organisational and administrative skills are essential; the role requires you to deal with internal and external customers so you will need to be a consummate professional at all times.
You will work with a range of young people on programmes in different areas of learning, and provide support, coaching and mentoring throughout their learning journey so that they can make the most of progression opportunities to support their career goals and aspirations.
